The Aster Cardigan - A Pattern by LBG Studio for Willow & Co

The Aster Cardigan - A Willow & Co Pattern

Oh my stars. I am so in love with this little cardi. Seriously. She needs one to go with every outfit! The Aster Cardigan was designed by LBG Studio for Willow & Co. I love Vanessa's style, and this cardigan is no exception. I mean, what's not to love about it!?

The 3/4 sleeves, length, the fabulous collar and the 3 little buttons at the top all work together in the most perfect way to create a little cardi that goes with almost any style.

I mentioned before the fabric from her jumpsuit inspired the whole collection I'm showing you this week. I found this sturdy knit in the red tag section at Joann's, I believe it's actually considered a bottom weight but it worked perfectly to give the cardi structure. The color was of course just what I was looking for to go with the jumpsuit. And then I found these little orange buttons (flowers too!) also in the 75% off clearance bin and it was a match made in heaven.

I've said it before and I'll say it again ;) The finishing techniques in these patterns are superb. The inside looks as good as the outside. Look at that lovely neckline!

I really can't get over her in this outfit. So I'll just let the photos speak for themselves :)
